Welcome to Villa Cassandre, a stunning new contemporary 150 m² home in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, ideal for a stay with family or friends. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool, a terrace, a solarium, full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces and beautiful open views over the hills and mountains.
Located in Mandelieu, the villa enjoys an ideal setting to explore the French Riviera, close to Cannes, the beaches and the Estérel Massif.
The house is arranged over two levels.
Main level
You enter directly into a beautiful, bright living area composed of a lounge, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island.
This space opens onto a lovely terrace with a private pool, an outdoor dining area, a retractable awning and an electric plancha grill. The villa enjoys open views with no direct overlooking neighbours. A road runs above the property, with little traffic, and the house is protected by a fence and hedge.
This level also includes:
* 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed, 160 cm
* 1 guest toilet
* 1 large TV in the living room
* Wi-Fi throughout the house
