This magnificent stone house on three levels with swimming pool will charm you with its volumes, its atypical design & its paints realized by the owner of the premises herself. An ideal setting to create beautiful holiday memories.
The house is located in a quiet residential area and has a secure entrance with private parking for 4 vehicles.
It is composed on several levels accessible by steps or stairs and reveals several outdoor spaces to enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
On the ground floor, you will discover a pretty covered summer kitchen, colorful and fully equipped with dishwasher, wood-burning oven, ceramic hob & barbecue. The latter overlooks the large outdoor swimming pool with a depth ranging from 60cm to 1m90. On this same level, there is a small independent two-room apartment with its kitchenette, its bedroom with Queen Size bed and its bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
On the upper level, accessible by a few steps, you will enter the house through the large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker & kettle.
This serves a very beautiful and bright living room with a bar area & a lounge area equipped with a Smart TV, free Wi-fi connection. The living room opens onto a peaceful terrace with wall fresco and pond.
Set back from the living room, nestled in an alcove, is the second bedroom of the house in the heart of the original hearth of the sheepfold dating from the 1700s. Nicely renovated while retaining the character of the old with its stone walls and beams on the ceiling, it consists of a queen size bed & a dressing area. You also have a water point with separate WC nearby at the foot of the stairs leading to the upper floor of the house.
Halfway through, for more comfort and practicality during your stay, you will find a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
On the upper floor of the house, you will benefit from 3 additional bedrooms, all equipped with a Queen Size bed and their adjoining bathroom with shower & WC. One of them, the master suite, also has a bathtub.
