Description
Beautiful studio, entirely renovated, located in a dynamic area, between Place Garibaldi, Place du Pin, the port of Nice and the old town.
On the 3rd floor with lift, of a Nice building, on rue Cassini.
The studio has double glazed windows.
The living room is composed of a sofa bed with a quick opening system and a real 140 cm wide mattress. A television, a wardrobe with a hanging space.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The flat is ideally located close to the old town, the port, the coulée verte and a 10 minute walk from the Place Massena.
Direct access by tram from Nice airport or the train station.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), and a free Wifi internet connection.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
