The apartment is quiet, very bright, on the 2nd floor with elevator, south facing with a balcony, fully renovated and well equipped.
The living space Living room/kitchen is quoted full South, with a balcony decorated with a table and 2 chairs, on which you will be able to take your coffee in the morning.
The sofa bed has a real 140 cm wide mattress.
Double glazing, air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker.
