La Terrazza is a 20 m² studio extended by a 15 m² terrace, overlooking the Èze hillside. Shaded in the morning and evening, full sun during the day: you'll spend more time outside than in.
Reversible air conditioning, washing machine, wifi. The train station and bus stop are a few minutes' walk away.

It's the main room, and it's what you come for. A garden lounge with two armchairs and a low table, facing the Èze hillside. Shaded in the morning and evening, full sun in the middle of the day: coffee in the shade, a siesta in the sun, a final drink when the hillside turns orange.
