If you are looking for an apartment for a successful family vacation by the sea, our accommodation will meet your expectations.
A real haven of peace located on the ground floor of the garden of a small building in Villefranche sur mer, the apartment has a beautiful terrace equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay just a few minutes away of the beach by walk.
From the shaded and nicely wooded terrace you can enjoy a clear view beyond the garden and a glimpse of the sea, please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning but several fans for your comfort during the summer period.
The accommodation is accessible by a private entrance from the garden, it is composed as follows:
- A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed is the most spacious, it has a French window opening directly onto the terrace & the garden, this bedroom is also equipped with a desk, a cupboard/dressing room, a fan & wall-mounted television.
- A second, very bright bedroom also has a Queen Size bed, a fan, a large storage unit & a window open to the other side of the building, which is also very quiet.
- A third and final bedroom which could rather be described as a sleeping area. It is very long and has a large storage cupboard, a 140 cm bed and a window opening onto the garden.
- A living room with a lounge area with two sofas opening onto the pretty terrace, a dining area & a fully equipped open kitchen: ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc…
- The apartment has an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, vanity unit, laundry area with washing machine; as well as a bathroom with bathtub & vanity unit.
- The terrace is for this accommodation a real open-air room. It is composed of a dining table, two deck chairs available, an outdoor seating area, all this under the sun of the Côte d'Azur and surrounded by an idyllic and wooded setting.
For your comfort, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is perfect for a family stay.
The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the François Binon Garden and the Provençal market which is organized there every Saturday & Wednesday of the year from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
NB: it is difficult to find a place to park in the street of the accommodation, you can choose to stay there without a vehicle because the apartment is very well located to reach the heart of the city on foot (8 minutes), the SNCF train station (15 minutes), Marinières beach (15 minutes), a bus stop is also 150m away.
