The accommodation consists of a large main room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, sofa, television and storage. The mezzanine features a comfortable sleeping area with a 160 cm Queen Size bed, in a space where you can stand up, providing a real sense of space.
The kitchen is equipped to allow you to stay completely independently: refrigerator, hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom, independent and located under the mezzanine, has a shower, a sink and toilet.
The entire accommodation is air-conditioned and has an internet connection.
You will stay in a lively, central and very commercial neighbourhood, with supermarkets, local shops, cafés and restaurants within a few steps. The tram is also very close by, making it easy to reach the different neighbourhoods of Nice, the old town, the Promenade des Anglais, the station or even the airport.
