Welcome to this spacious 70m² vintage-style apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay for two in the pretty city of Nice in the Fabron district.
Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the apartment is located in a secure residence with swimming pool (accessible from May to September), you will be won over by its splendid terrace offering a breathtaking and unobstructed view of the sea and the city of Nice.
The apartment has a beautiful living room with a dining area (table and chairs for 4 people), a lounge area with TV, Wi-Fi & 2 sofas, as well as direct access to the furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny meals facing the sea.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the utensils needed for cooking.
Night side, the bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), a large dressing room and access to the terrace via the bay window.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a vanity unit, and the toilet is separate for more comfort. A washing machine is also available.
Parking is free in the residence.
Household linen is provided as well as welcome products to facilitate your arrival, but be careful, they will probably not be enough for the entire stay.
The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning, fans will be provided for the summer period.
The Fabron district is residential and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay, while being close to amenities: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy.
You will have public transport nearby (bus stop no. 51 then change bus or tram) allowing you to easily reach the city center and the Promenade des Anglais, however it is easier to have a vehicle in this area of the city.
