Description
We offer for rent this superb 3-room apartment in the port district of Nice. Very spacious & beautifully decorated, it will become the ideal base for a family getaway in the Azurean capital.
The apartment boasts a prime location, just steps away from a lovely walk along the lower corniche, good restaurants in Port Lympia, and the best food shops, all close to your accommodation!
It is located on the first floor without a lift in a typical Niçois building & is arranged as follows.
The apartment opens onto a beautiful entrance serving several rooms:
- On your left, you will find a first bedroom with a standard double bed 140x190 overlooking the courtyard with a wardrobe.
- The corridor then leads to separate toilets (the only ones in the accommodation) and then a fully equipped separate kitchen: induction hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
- You will have only one bathroom for the entire accommodation: with vanity unit, shower & washing machine / drying rack / ironing board & iron.
- You will benefit from a small additional storage room with a wardrobe.
- Then the next room is a second bedroom facing the street, similar to the first, also featuring a standard double bed 140x190 & a wardrobe.
- Finally, the corridor opens onto a very beautiful and spacious living area composed of two distinct open spaces: a first dining area with a large dining table & chairs for 6 people, then a lounge area with armchairs, Smart TV, WiFi connection & a sofa that can be converted into a bed suitable for children.
- From the lounge, you can access a small unequipped balcony overlooking the street.
The windows are double-glazed, the neighbourhood is relatively quiet, while being in the immediate vicinity of Port Lympia & its restaurants, bars & shops.
You can easily reach the apartment from Nice airport by taking tramway line 2 to the Port Lympia terminus, located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
The products made available during your stay are welcome products to facilitate your arrival, we do not guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.
N.B.: The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning, we will provide large fans for the summer season.
