Welcome to this beautiful modern, fully air-conditioned 37m² apartment, ideal for a stay as a couple or with friends in Nice, in the Fabron district.
Located on the 3rd floor with lift of a secure residence, it offers a terrace with an unobstructed view of the city and a beautiful sea view on the side. Its east orientation guarantees a pleasant luminosity in the morning.
The accommodation is perfectly equipped for 2 people and has all the necessary comforts:
• Spacious and pleasant living room with a lounge area (bench, TV, Wi-Fi connection) & a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster... A central island with two chairs are also at your disposal to enjoy good meals.
• Cosy bedroom with 140x190 double bed, large closet/dressing room and air conditioning.
• Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and WC.
• Private parking space in a secure underground car park in the same building as the apartment.
• Swimming pool in the residence, accessible from May to September to take full advantage of the sunny days.
Ideally located in a residential area, the apartment allows a quiet stay while being close to amenities and transport to reach the city center and the beach. However, it is easier to be transported to optimize your stay on the Côte d'Azur from this accommodation.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products at your disposal are welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
