✨ Welcome to your cosy pied-à-terre in the heart of Nice!
Ideally located just a stone's throw from Place Garibaldi and the Coulée Verte Park, this apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Nice on foot. You will be in the heart of the city, while enjoying a lively and pleasant neighbourhood.
🏡 Housing
This small apartment has been carefully decorated and optimised in its smallest corners to offer you maximum comfort in a warm and functional space. Compact but well-designed, it will be perfectly suitable for a stay alone or as a couple, for a few days on the French Riviera.
Located on the second floor without a lift in a typical Nice building, it is arranged as follows:
• A colourful entrance with storage to put your belongings.
• A friendly living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and a lounge area with dining table, sofa, armchair, Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection.
• A glass partition separates the bedroom from the living room: this brings natural light and a modern and cosy atmosphere.
• The bedroom includes a double bed (140x190) and an adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin unit and WC.
👉 The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but an air cooler is present for more comfort in summer.
🌿 The neighbourhood
The roadworks in the street are now complete: today you will find a lovely landscaped park just opposite the building, ideal for a walk or a moment of relaxation in the sun.
🚶♀️ Access & transport
• Tramway line 1 – Garibaldi 5 minutes walk (access to Vieux-Nice, Jean Médecin...).
• Tramway line 2 – Garibaldi / Le Château 8 minutes walk (direct connection to the airport).
• Vieux-Nice is only 9 minutes walk, and the Promenade des Anglais about 15-20 minutes.
🗝️ Autonomous arrival
The arrival is entirely autonomous: the keys are to be collected from our SmartBnB agency, located at 18 Defly Street, approximately 8 minutes walk from the accommodation, on the route from the train station or tram.
This practical solution allows you to arrive independently, at a time that suits you.
