Enjoy your stay in Nice in this little cocoon nestled in the heart of the Old Town!
On the 5th floor without a lift (they are very rare in Old Nice, where all the buildings are original and period), this cosy 20m2 studio is the perfect pied à terre for your stay on the coast. Please note that Vieux Nice is a pedestrian area and not accessible by car.
It consists of an air-conditioned living room (reversible in winter) with sofa and armchairs, television and fireplace (closed) and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a small fridge.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit and towel rail.
The sleeping area is on the mezzanine, with a double mattress (140x190cm) and is also equipped with a reversible air conditioner.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), free Wifi internet connection.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.

- Promenade des Anglais and beaches: 400m
- Place Garibaldi: 500m

All amenities are close to the flat (supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies...).
