- A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, utensils and cutlery.
- A dining area with table and 2 chairs,

- A bedroom on the first floor, equipped with a Queen size bed (160cm) and many storage spaces and closets.
