Located on the first floor of a building in Nice, with just a few steps up to the lift, the flat is quiet and fully air-conditioned (except for the mezzanine, which opens onto the living room and benefits from air-conditioning in the room below). With its Mediterranean style, it's sure to become your dream retreat for discovering Nice, the pearl of the Côte d'Azur.
The flat opens onto a spacious, bright living room with high ceilings, comprising :
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with central island: fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ceramic hobs, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
- Lounge area with sofa, armchair, Smart TV with access to streaming applications, free Wi-Fi connection
- A dining area with table and chairs
- Access to a mezzanine via a staircase. The mezzanine has a full-size bed (140x190), an area with a storage bench and is 1.75 m high.
There is also a separate bedroom with air-conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe and a standard double bed (140x190).
The en suite shower room has a shower, WC, heated towel rail and vanity unit.
From the flat, you can easily walk to the Old Town in 8 minutes (550m), or the iconic Promenade des Anglais in 5 minutes (400m). The stations of the two tramway lines are just a 3-minute walk away: tramway line 1 from Nice city station or tramway line 2 linking the airport to the port of Nice from one end of the city to the other.
