On the hills of Nice, close to the city centre, in a secure residence with swimming pool.
Large flat of 58M2 with 1 bedroom. It has a terrace and an open view on the mountains, the city and the sea.
You also have a private parking space included with the flat.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, american fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a summer shower and a separate toilet.
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe with hanging space, it gives the mountain side of the house a quiet, not overlooked.
The living room has a sofa, armchair, dining table with chairs.
You will be able to enjoy the terrace with the view, an armchair and a table with chairs for your meals.
The swimming pool of the residence is also accessible.
The flat is located in the last building at the top of the residence, accessible by car with its parking space. The swimming pool is located at the bottom of the residence and there is a walkway with stairs to access it.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), as well as free WiFi connexion.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. This depends on your personal consumption.
