We are fully automated with user friendly instructions to give you the freedom to check-in into the apartment at your own pace, from 4pm onwards. No long communications or running against the time, also when you check-in late.

Renaud Dalbera is the expert in real estate and co-ownership, he brings his experience and knowledge of our clients' projects and participates in the development of SmartBNB.
Renaud is a Nissart ! , adept of new technologies and fan of escapes games when he has free time!
He is the manager of Dalbera, real estate agency and condominium management since 1983, founded by his father. He is also President of the real estate professionals union, UNIS Côte d'Azur.

Sébastien RANCUREL, is our manager, always ready to welcome you. He will be able to recommend you the best local addresses to eat well, have fun or have a drink.
Born in NICE, he knows the region particularly well and will be able to make you discover the privileged places of Nice. He will sometimes speak to you in local patois, the nissart, and will make you a poem of the local products: the socca, the pissaladiere or the small ravioli niçois.
He loves to travel and travel the world: Japan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali, Egypt, Mauritius, Miami, Dubai, London and Italy.

Riet started off her career in Human Resource Management.
Result driven and through a high service level to clients and candidates, the core business was always about finding the perfect match. With the same passion she travelled and lived in different countries, like Belgium, Poland and Greece, where the beauty of culture and real estate always got a grip on her. Now being settled in Nice, she is using her ambition and skills to find and select the perfect properties and create an unique stay for our clients at the French Riviera.
